SRP is an abbreviation for "Suomen Rikospoliisi" - former name of
"Keskusrikospoliisi" (KRP) which is Finnish National Bureau of Investigation, The FBI of Finland:) And 003 was their phone number in the 60s.
"SRP 003" and "Vaara" were on a soundtrack of 1962 Finnish movie "Vaarallista Vapautta" (Dangerous Freedom). The film was based on a true story about some Finns trying to prevent the transfer of an Estonian refugee back to the Soviet Union.
