I think John Roberts has lots of experience interviewing guys like this and he handled it well. JD Roberts was the best rock music interviewer of his generation in the late 70's and early 80's. I imagine the messed up musicians were more of a challenge for an interviewer than politicians and whack jobs like this guy.

I back Cenk on most things, but I thought Roberts handled the interview quite well. He was very tolerant and while he tried to cut in a few times, he let Tom answer his questions, which turned out to be pretty enlightening. John actually provided some comic relief with his bemused reaction. I didn't think he was nervous or panicked at all. He was very much in control and at the ready with the questions, and follow-ups. Bravo to John Roberts I say! Bravo!

Love ya Cenk, but he stated it was the other way around. Thom stayed away from his brother, the suicide victim didn't stay away from Thom. He was an outcast, much like my sister used to be, and so he grew up ostracized, possibly introverted, independent and strong willed. I love the fact that he doesn't play along with the BS the reporter try to manipulate him with. He answers what he knows, and did not get involved with speculation.
