I agree with the 10th ammendment (states rights), but if the fed supremecy clause trumps the 10th ammendment 99.9% of the time, do we truly have a 10th ammendment?

@MrPorterhouse The fed supremacy clause is a misinterpretation... basically the federal courts gave themselves the power to trump state law and nobody called them on it at the time, so it set up jurisprudence... so we have to TAKE the right back.

Not only do I agree with nullification, but I find it INCREDIBLY ironic and hypocritical for the Leftists in the U.S. to rail against nullification, while my home state of California (HARDLY a radical right-wing leaning state) has been practicing nullification for quite some time on matters such as illegal immigration, sanctuary cities, and drug legalization. The utter hypocrisy of the American Left is completely on display when it comes to the constitutionality practice of nullification.

If you don't see the source of our misery today, brought on by the confiscation of our freedoms, confiscation of our wallets and draconian laws, then you are part of the problem. Voting citizens, who do not see the damage the current administration has inflicted by executive order; who do not comprehend the damage done in the congress and senate over the last 40 years (and most recently in passing the so called 'Affordable Health Care Act) are accountable for this sham.
