technically it's a coin flip preflop, with the 8s against the QT and considering Levy's big stack, he can play that no problem at all, even with the opening raise that Phil made. I don't understand why Phil leads out on the river, after Levy bet the turn, he could have lost less, had he checked and then just called, whatever Levy would have bet on the river. Phil claims to have these online players all figured out, so he had to know that there was little chance of Levy checking behind on the end
