DS "ones"? As in plural? There's only one KH for the DS and it's 358/2 Days, which isn't even out in the US yet. The other one you're thinking of is Chain of Memories for GBA.

And no, they shouldn't play all the PS2 games before the DS and GBA games. Check the timeline of games I wrote above.

No, the only ones out so far are for the PlayStation 2 and GameBoy Advanced. So far there are 6. Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, and Kingdom Hearts Remake: Chain of Memories. They are also releasing one for the DS, one for the PSP, and one for the cell phone.

If your talking about Chernabog, aim for the head, specifically the back of it, and try to memorize the phrases that he says before he does something and escape in advance. Keeping donald and goofy alive wont help much, but try too. This is like, a moth after you neede this, though. I wouldnt be too surprised if you've beaten him already.

They are making Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days for the Nintendo DS. But personally, I would not want to have Sora, Donald, or Goofey in my SSB game. And, they only allow characters MADE by Nintendo into Brawl, making the exceptions of Sonic and Snake.
