Correct me if I am wrong, but i am fairly positive that MS Paint is an image creation/editing program. It has nothing to do with video. If they figured out how to do it with Paint, then they are actually pretty freaking awesome.

@314geekman I actually used to do effects on ms paint, preety crappy though, the system is this:

shoot stills of whatever you are going to edit.

import each one to ms paint, then draw, copy, past or do anything u need to do on it.

import the stills to windows movie maker, then set the video to a very high frame rate

it is kinda like doing stop motion. anyway my life is much easier with after effects nox XD
