@vinsan7480 that's right. i am from Germany and study Ayurveda. I was very ill and due to Ayurveda treatment,esp. these oil treatments and regular oil massage i am much better now, and look much better. this treatment esp. is good for dizziness, insomnia, arthritis etc. its the best treatment i know. One can also help oneself with daily self-massage with warm sesame oil. I am living now in India for 22 y and took many such sessions.
