  • you have tiny legs....thats where the real power comes from...once you start squating 500+...leg press 1500+ ....all the other stuff is conditioning because youll need to have repetitive strikes in order to take someone down....when you have real power and the quickness needed....it only takes one shot

  • In my opinion this kind of excercise is more efficient in real life then lifting tons of scrap metal on gym. You get enough strength you need but also get faster. Body weight training rulez.

  • @awhoergek He looks a lot like a bodybuilder actually. One with a low body fat of course.

    What does that tell you? He has a well-rounded workout and trains for muscle development as well as sports conditioning.

  • This man has created an excellent series of videos detailing great exercises, Unfortunately, though, perhaps a couple of weeks ago, I got an email from him saying essentially that he would no longer be making them, apparently for personal reasons. Hopefully, maybe he will change his mind.

  • Nice. It gets the Chiropractors seal of approval! I'm thinking it would be even better to land 'softly' to build up the supporting muscles of the knee and pelvis (landing quietly will add difficulty for sure).

  • this is good for people doing karate, TKD, and Kung Fu. However, if you are doing MMA or Thai boxing stick to jump squats and power cleans.

  • Yes, because we all know those real Muay Thai fighters in Thailand are rocking the power cleans. What Garyt85 said is correct. If you stick to one type of workout, you're getting absolutely nowhere. Check out MovNat

  • Why 2 second retarted video, sure beats loading you Hard drive with one huge video when you can upload a bunch of small videos to a website like and save the hard drive space and share many ideas with others, who will probley add the video to there favorites if they like them

  • Well, I'm glad someone likes them. And, to be honest, I wouldn't mind it so much but I like this guys videos and because he doesn't have his own channel I find it difficult to find all of his videos without fishing through expert village which I don't like doing.
