Don't mean to be a contrary Mary BUT 15 minutes does not give you white hair, sorry. I have naturally dark blonde hair, leave this same stuff on for 40 minutes w/ 30 volume developer and get very light blonde. The only way to get true white is w/ repeated bleachings and toner.
