  • Great technique! Another one you can do is just slowly pull the bar up then once you get to the highest point squat under the bar...start with 10-25lbs on the bar!

  • Stevie a hater

  • Everybody's saying how beautiful this was...I'm not so nice. You caught the bar way too high. If you're practicing getting under the bar, why do you catch it so high?

  • That was beautiful-everything was perfect, the click of her shoes shows the perfect landing.Utterley great!

  • that is beautiful!

  • cool thats my problem i cant get underneath if its too low

  • Cool, never tried it on the toes before, if you watch closely the bar only comes up a few inches from the start to when she pulls under, I must practice this.

  • Exactly.

  • @LincolnBrigham its goes up at least a foot (12 inches)

  • why starting up on toes?

  • This drill is used to practice getting under the bar. We want to minimize the lifter's ability to pull the bar up so they are forced to concentrate on getting under the bar quickly.

  • @LincolnBrigham

  • yes that was great form!

  • Excellent form.
