Well there are quite a few awesome movie making objects that you can download. Since I make a lot of sim movies, I downloaded this box that you can click and make your sim do any animation in the game. Alternatively, if your sim has a high playful personality, they can do the glass box thing as well.

well most of it was trial and error, or accidental, but you can go on any custom content sims site and download items that let you choose whatever animation you want your sim to do.

if your playing the sims you just press the letter "V" on your keyboard and It will record whatever your screen is showing (press "V" again to stop recording). Then you go into a video editing program (I use the standard Windows Movie Maker, because I am cheap) and you edit the video and the clips however you want them to go! Easy as pie!

If you installed the game into its default location then they should be under: My Documents>>EA Games>>The Sims 2>> then under some folder in there named "Videos" I believe. If you still have trouble finding it message me back and I will give you the exact location.

I did that so you could see the people better...although in retrospect it might have been nice to have them up for the parts when they are outside. But if you have ever played the sims then you know how hard it is to get them to do the moves you want them to do perfectly.

well, that flying through the air trick is what your sims use to get the work if they are the top of the police career. But i used a movie making object that you can get off almost any sim object download site and it lets you pick any animation that you want your sim to do.
