If you want to fight DX, you need to type in correct wave command by pressing "Select" button in the page of choosing weapon for Rockman (the page shows War Lok in the list)

you find taurus fire at the em roads of the restaurant place and queen ophiuca is exactly where you fought her the first time in the story. at the theater place on top of the haunted building thing

the same places you fought them the first time but in a different location . yeti blizzard ( if you didnt fight his ex version) he is on the wave road but if you did he is a random encounter in that area the same goes to taurus fire

the EX version is where you fought him . the SP is a random virus encounter after beating his ex . DX is a wave command code that changes SP into DX

i don't know what you mean in the first line nearly O_o and you can't be evil tribe king or in other words burai tribe king because you need other tribes to double tribe and become tribe king but in order to become burai Zerker , ninja or dinosaur you need to find 6 ind frags , REMOVE YOUR REAL BROTHERS and fill up your brother slots with ind frags
