Apparently I got a message saying I was going to get "sued" bc the word Crunchless Abs is a trade mark...ok I heard the term before but the moves I got were my own, and I don't own any ab workout videos, which I think are a waste of money??? Wierdos out there for real...PS i'm not making money on this...obviously. ...hahah. who has this much time on their hands...seriously...
