I was waaaayyy too young to even understand this show. I was born in 72 so I only saw some shows as a kid. But as an adult this is like the gospel for health. ALL of his tips are RIGHT on!!!! I really love Jack! RIP thank you for inspiring me!!!!

@knightridercupid I've been reading about Jack Lalanne's life and have been blown away. He started his first gym before WWII... wow. He started gyms when the concept didn't exist, invented much of the equipment used in them today. He had a fitness television program when television was fledgling and the "power burn" and "cardio blast" type weekend programs or Beachbody DVD's creators weren't even born yet.

Then of course, there is the Power Juicer. I have one. :)
