I am 6'3"\6'4" tall, so that is a large Mountain Hardware Lumina -30 synthetic bag. There is only an inch or 2 of free space at the head and foot ends. I'm a side sleeper so when I'm actually sleeping, there is more room once the knees are bent during sleep.
