The point of the watcher guy is to suggest that the object is in the background, and therefor, distant and lage scale. I would say he focuses on the imaginery object from three positions as he walks away. But is he focusing on the spot where the ufo should be, or just to the left? He's definitely finding it difficult to hold his gaze on something which obviously isn't there. It's enough to annoy a genuine witness.

Will post this here as well. Watch the birds! There is something incredible currently happening on this planet. The birds, in the sky, are appearing out of thin air. It is not difficult to see in rural areas and, as long as you mean to see this (there is a link here between UFO activity and intention) you will see it happen.
It is the most amazing thing I have ever seen, and I'm not the only one to have seen this. The human race must see this, as it has some of the most incredible implications.

No doubt the naval squadron itself had the intention with their moniker. Being suggestive was typical of the epoch, with aircraft in particular being branded with such names as Mountain Ride. Thus VT-8, or Torpedo 8 was intentional without doubt.
