cool vid...your cereal mixture looked pretty soft, maybe because it was still too warm, or maybe your mallow/cereal ratio was off. I use the original recipe from the Kelloggs site but there is little working time for molding the rice treats. Also you might want to try using some additional ingredients to fill your sushi, twizzlers work well.
