I hated Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. I loved Star War - The Third Gathers - Backstroke of the West. Also: That protocol droid is my wife. REALLY GEORGE LUCAS?! REALLY??!! My god GL takes shitty dialogue to a whole new level...

Did you know that that was actually a forced retcon? Someone apparently complained that Ep 1 is set on Tatooine, while C3PO clearly states that he is there for the 1st time in New Hope. Lucas responded saying that yes, he had made a mistake there, but will fix it by giving C3PO a memory wipe before the next trilogy (ugh).

So that basically leaves R2D2 the only character knowing what actually happened in all 6 movies. Damn puppet master! What can be going through his tin head?? Just what!??

@whade62000 Own Lars knew who 3PO was in ep II yet in IV he didnt know who the droid was. Wonderful stroyline.

@Jeneral28 All I can say is in Ep II, he had very dull plating. While in Ep IV, he has shiny gold plating. Owen Lars could have assumed that C-3PO was just some other stock protocol droid, it happens.
