  • These exercises are a fundamental building block in creating a good singing voice. Just like any type of muscle training you have to do basic exercises. It amazes me how many people that comment don't get that all they do is make fun of it instead of trying it....you will see improvement but it takes time.

  • wtf lol ? how does that gonna make me a good singer you guys better stop moaning and seriously teach how to sing

  • wtf lol ?

  • I don't get it.

    Please someone explain to me!

  • I am looking for the way to find my singing voice, te sounds that works great for me and use it repetitively!! Love the videos!! thanks

  • why is vocal training always so funny?! I've done some pretty funny exercises, but these crack me up!

  • 1:42 ha!ha! you guys sound like alians!

  • ahahaha that's the funniest thing I've heard

  • hahaha, soo true :D

  • just wnted to say this really halped me out :]

    thankssss :]

  • Yeah, Im only 15 years old.

I cant get as high as they

did, but Im up around a

G, Idk if thts good, I juss

    need help with controling my

    air,, because i cannot hold

12-16 notes. I dont know why

this is so hard for me, but

    anyone have some tips?

  • Being able to reach a G is fairly standard. At your age your voice probably hasn't finished developing yet. It may still change pitch-wise and you may find this easier in a few years. That's my experience, but it may not be the same for everyone.

  • Yeah, thats what my choir teacher says

as well. I was wanna find someway I can

be able to reach them high notes without

the struggle of air. Could it be that im trying

to start to push the sound out and not

    yet it just come?

  • Probably. It's difficult to know exactly what the problem is unless you have an experienced teacher to work with. You should wait a few years until your voice has matured, and then find a great vocal coach. Intensive training at your age can potentially damage your voice, so just enjoy your singing for now!

  • Mhm.. I understand that. But I dont think ill

have the money to get a good voice coach..

I mean, im not trying to sing. Like go solo or

anything. Like in choir there are alto notes

in our tener N I cannot hit them.. U have any tips? Falscetto** is too high for alto notes

    too.

  • What sort of notes are you talking about? Like what range? I'm not a singing teacher or a particularly good singer, but one thing that's important is not to tense up and try to force the note out. Try to eliminate that tension. At first, the notes will come out quieter and you won't have enough power, but you can practice and get stronger.

  • Its between a high tener and just below

the altos notes. Yeh, I know I do try to push out the notes. N the tension is killing my troat. But, its almost the only way to where

I can get my voice tht high.

  • I HAVE NO HEADVOICE! my range is very limmited I put my hand on my head done the head noises and I feel no resonance in my head at all. is this because I have been belting since age 9 in shows?? I feel I am beyond repair. I purchases singing success got stuck on the Nay exercises My voice is soo stubborn and I try so very hard. I thought this programme was the answers to my prayers. But not even singing success can help me:( Love watching all the successfull students tho.

  • Hey bro. Don't be too discouraged man. I think that this IS the answer to your prayer. It is to mine too. I used the programme for half a year now, and I still can't sing with a connected voice. But keep pressing on! Everything takes time to master, or else we will have everybody singing like Brian Mcknight or Stevie Wonder by now =) You are not alone. Never give up!

  • @capo1990 I think some things work better for different people.. I used this for a while and didnt see all that much improvment.. ive been doing per bristow's dvd for only a week and I've seen more porgress than i did in months with singing success

  • i had trouble with extending my range too. before i had even heard of whistle voice i couldn't even do falsetto. with time i found out it was probably because my vocal chords were always strained and hoarse because i was always singing at shows until my voice would be completely gone.

just try not singing or not using your voice a lot

for a week or two. after that start over with exercises

and be careful with straining. If it starts to get harder

    to sing take a break.

    good luck
