Little tip... a Q-tip would have fixed that eyeliner mishap up in a flash. I can't live without them when i do my make-up. Ur right... liquid eyeliner is SO unforgiving! LOL.

try using mac eyelines that is a pen instead of a brush... i find its alot easier!!! that brush always flings eyeliner and is such a pain.

i always have that problem with liquid eyeliner...

instead liquid eyeliner, i use black eyeshadow and PH, and i apply it with an angle brush

it easier than that and it fix better...

This is latex makeup made for the face. It's formulated for special effects makeup - made by Mehron. So, no it doesn't have high ammonia content and doesn't burn - nor does it rip out any eyelashes. It's actually quite gentle, more gentle than eyelash adhesive or surgical glue.

I usually just put eye liner on my top lash line. I either use liquid or the twist up ones, I hate the pencils, they hurt my skin. And If I put eye liner on my water line I just usually end up rubbing it off, because it itches.

it could be that the pencil is "waterproof" or not approved for the waterline. the waterline is where your eye gets it's moisture and a lot of products will sort of clog that up and it leads to redness and irritation. i think origins or the body shop have great liners that are non-irritating as well - give it a try :)
