Well for a cheap rwd, it's been used in rallies a lot. Don't get me wrong, I was surprised too. Well compared to getting a Group B car like an old peugeot or a renault.

It wasnt acutally Co-Drivers fault, it was car/tires fault. The tires didnt had so much grip as they should have, or the car has too big breaking power for that slicky road. :)

once again.

It was one of my first rallys and I was unconcentrated and didn´t listen to the notes, so I braked too late. Its raining, I had slicks on the car, and if you know a bit about racing, you know that in that conditions the tires are still much too cold to get any grip.

So when the tires lost grip, i tried to open the brakes and steering a bit, but realized that there is no chance to stay on the street. I opened the steering full, to come straight into the grass...

i race rally myself too as i said i was just being a bitch about it, ive also understeered out of the road, my problem was mainly because i had way too much front brake bias because of a front Big brake Kit with no proportioning valve in conjunction with a Co-driver mistake.

It was a left that tightened A LOT and he told me too late it tightened and i locked but thankfully a big rock stopped the car from rolling downhill

The car was turned into a rally car in 1991, i guess it wasn´t a classic car at this time. And btw cars like this are there for having fun, not for standing around. Motosport cars are often in a better condition than other old rusty street cars. So take a valium, opiumrx, calm down and enjoy staring at your car, while i prefer to drive mine...

Yeah that is true..I'm a fan of rallies (though I don't race them), I race on oval tracks (USA) and sometimes when the track is wet, the slightest little raised and lowered spots can make you hydroplane.
