The TSA is a default organization.Instead of having the infrastructure that was in place before 9/11 deal with this... we created this new inspection force. Personally, I think commercial airlines and insurance agencies could have been put in charge to solve these problems, not the government.The body scanner thing is blown out of proportion, the identification status is more relevant.
