  • Would a diamond shaped part of hair make it easier to tie hair back?

  • these damage your hair alot.

  • and what did you use to clamp the hair? i really need to know

  • how do you take them out

  • Thank you!

  • Where do you get the supplies fom. Please tell me quick!

  • you do it wrong!

  • Great tutorial! :)

  • Wow Good application video but....Hair extensions really only damage the hair when they are removed improperly. Like using Acetone is really not good for the hair, it drys the hair out immensely. Pliers are not great either

For keratin bonds just use the Take Down Remover for hair extensions and the fusion flat iron to melt the bond-it slips right out! Take Down gets all the glue residue off the roots of your hair and it softens your roots if they are matted from oil or lint build-up.

  • @Tangleduntangled What is Take Down Remover made from?

  • nice

  • is this what beyonce got

  • i did my keratin extension on July 3rd 2011, but the lady told me that there's a special shampoo and mask to use for a month for the extension to be strong and not fall soon, if i didn't use it, is my extension gonna fall in a month???!!.. cuz it's not that cheap to do

and if u have tips on how to take care of the hair extension at home after having them done?

  • QUESTION.....i've seen some stylists use like some kind of wax paper of something to roll the bond....is it recommended to use that paper thing or is it ok with ANY type of bond to just use ur fingers ?

  • Comment removed

  • @SexyGreekBaby89 the paper is just so you dont burn your fingers or getglue stuck to them x

  • @laurenmariemc what kind of paper is it? can you buy it at sallys?

  • How much does this cost, around how much??

  • PinkPhone.TV = Go now to get a FREE PINK I-PH0NE but hurry!

    ▼▼▼▼

  • HOW LONG WILL THIS LAST? IS IT THE MOST DAMAGING FOR THE HAIR? PLEASE ANSWWWWWWWWWWWER :)

  • yoo jarii

  • I am thinking about having hair extensions soon. i have curly hair that i always always straighten using a flat iron...if i use a flat iron with the extensions, you think that would work? does heat damage the extension's glue part (the bond)??

also how long does it last? when do i have to remove it? Thanks!

  • Wow thank you i was wondering how to go about putting them in this worked perfectly thanks :)

  • sobehair

  • thank you! this is so helpfull but if you want to do this at home you dont need that heatwand you can use a straighting iron as well ! it works good if you dont want to buy one

  • How long does it last? Can someone feel the glue or the ends if the touch and fool around with your hair/grab it?(example if your guy wants to play with your hair hehe) how much does 60 cm. cost in genral? PLEASE ANSWER :)

  • OMG SEEKING.. You judge saying they are ignorant and yet your post sounds so racist!!

    psshhh

  • doesn't the heat from the tool break the hair or at least damage it...it looks interesting and pretty cool, and I was almost sold until i saw the heating tool for the bond

  • i had braids done once by professional African braider's and it took almost 8 full hours (with one tiny break)....waaaayyy long! But at least I could wash my hair with the braids...can a person even wash their hair with this glue stuff? Seems like hot water would compromise the glue and give you a head full of sticky shit (???) If somebody knows please email me!

  • @imacceptingbut no it won't melt

  • where can i buy the heat wand?

  • ...interesting...it hard to take out?

  • that looks very easy !!!

  • Look like it would take forever to do that.

  • question. Can you comb your hair? ....Does it like get stuck on the bond?

  • where did u find the doll?? i love playing with manikins hair

  • What tool are you using and where can I find it?

  • it takes like 5 hours to do your whole head.

  • I think its a great video.. thanks

  • Thx for this video ^^

  • pel paravango di colla ... altro che kheratin

  • how strong are they when yo get them on? are they easy to pul off or what?

  • Keratin bonds only last for 2 weeks or so depending on how often you wash them. I have Asian hair and wash daily... use oil free shampoos.. they weekend and they slide right off in shower

  • Yo llevo etensiones de keratina !

  • Great demo !!

    Tnx...

  • A friend at work is going to do these for me because I am sick of the wefts I have in atm, I was just wondering how many would you need 2 equal 2 rows? because I like thickness.

  • Depending how thick the strands are when you get them will determine how much is needed. $400 tips is full head... very thick and pretty. I know a great price to get them

  • DIY is better because they charge you 500 at a salon for just the hair and I can go get the hair for $50 myself! They charge 100 an hour and I can do it myself or have a fam member do it for 50 either way I am saving 1400 dollars from getting the hair myself .

  • is that true that those kind of extensions helps your hair grow faster?? and can you sleep with it?

  • you are fabulous. thank you so much for the much needed information. cheers.

  • whoa that is like so cool!

  • great... i have been wanting to learn this.. xoxoxo

  • I bought the effortless extensions, they are awesome!! I will never use anything else, you should check out the video!

  • where i get that extensions with the glue included.... the ones i buy i have to buy the glue apart and extensions apart...

  • Me encantó la explicación! Thanks!

  • I'm so glad you are showing the correct way to do this! There's a lot of how to damage your hair with ext type videos

  • do the hair extensions dammage natural hair?

how long approximately can i have in hair extentions like this?

are they easy to apply to hair, would i HAVE to have them done professionally for them to work?

do they tangle after being washed/combed easily?

do they look natural after being applied?

how many would i need for a whole head of extensions?

how short is the shortest possible hair length for them to look ok?

are there special sprays/shampoos/conditioners i will need?

  • this wont damage your hair, if anything it will help it grow. Keratin is a component that is in your natural hair it is used to adhere to your hair. If you take care of it, it can last 3-7 months! I know bc I have been calling every salon in Indianapolis, Carmel ad Greenwood to ask!

  • @toxicbutterscotch the most important thing is to find a good hairdresser. I`ve been wearing extensions for 7 years now and I have had two lousy hairdressers before I found a fantastic one. Every hairdresser has his/hers own style. The important things are that they use keratin and not silicon (if your hairdresser shows you circle like round little orange peaces whit which his going to "glue" your hair - RUN AWAY!!!!)

  • @toxicbutterscotch

also the hairbound should be as close to the root as posible (here its waaaaay toooo distant) because it will grow out later obviously. Oh, and about falling out! It has to be realy tight, he/she has to press it really hard while rolling BUT he/her must aply it around your natural hair so that, when he/her takes it off, it wont damage a single natural hair of yours. If its set proffesionaly it WILL last for 5 or even 6(depends how fast your hair grows) months I guaranty.

  • @toxicbutterscotch they dont do anymore damage than a good glue in weave if that, some say they last 2 months but i had them in for around 5, they are easy to apply but it takes forever/ no you can do it your self but its not a good idea i would ask a beauty school, its human hair so it doesnt tangle too much, you treat it like normal hair wit coming and brushing but i would say get a loop brush if you are heavy handed,

  • @toxicbutterscotch around 350 to 450 strand would be need but thats for really full hair like beyonce, and you can go about 3 inches short cause you have to cover them, and not special anything it needed for them other than a good conditioner

  • @toxicbutterscotch they don't ruin your hair.

approx one month.. depending on how you take care of your hair

yes, and no u can usea a hair straightener

no, they blend in with the feel of your hair.

yes they do, depending on the color you use

as many as it takes for you to full up your head according to where you want it or how thick your hair is

you can cut them to the length you would like them to be

no, you can use regular stuff,

  • @toxicbutterscotch All hair extensions damage hair, this is the form of hair extensions with the least amount of damage. you can keep these in for 3-4 months. you can do them yourself, but it would take longer and it would be difficult doing your back of your head. no, it's premium hair. they look the most natural out of all hair extensions. if you have thin hair, 100. if you have thick hair, 200. for any hair extensions it's 3 inches, always get your hair layered to blend in with your hair. no.

  • does the glue ruin/damage your hair in any way

  • Actually, it does not ruin your hair. The removal glue works great and does not damage the hair. It's also not very expensive either

  • this process is called So-Cap 900-1500 dollars and or Great lenghts 1500-3000 dollars they will rip your hair completely out.. the best way is Micro -links same process I do my own - full head and LOVE IT

  • where did u get that doll head?

  • Any beauty supplies store

  • the best way is to get the real hair braided, then sew in a weft of human hair extensions, as long as you can find someone that knows what their doing, it wont damage your hair. I ve been getting it done for about a year, and havent seen any hair loss from it

  • glue?? thats where i'm trying to stay away from, wouldn't that ruin your hair once its time to take take it off? I love the style and how it looks...just worried about the glue?

  • its best to use olive oil to take it out I never had hair extensions like the one in the vid it would be way to expensive/ take to long. just the long strand hair expension which are connected in a row. Clip ons are better though

  • you can get glue removers. for as little as £2.50 english money.

  • Amazing! A new way to renew hair growth! look here: hair.xfollow.me (Copy to your browsers address bar)

  • It looks simple to do, so why do training courses charge so much?

  • classes cost a lot because first it is a training course and the revenue it generates is a lot. a full head should cost $300 or more

  • how do you get that out then o-o?

  • Does anyone know what kind of fusion wand she is using/ I have an ultrasonic cold fusion wand will this work/

  • that looks like it would take sooo long.

  • i dont get wy ppl are tryin to say that your bein racist when you sed that yu used different coloures so it stands out from the camera ?

    :S

  • very good informative video.

I'm glad I found this one

    5 stars and favorited^^

  • two days ago i got my extensions done the lady who did them put a lot of shine on them and i just took a shower and i just can't get the oily feeling off of them what can i do?

  • I wish this wasn't so bad for hair. Bummer.

  • Actually, it's not bad for your hair if properly applied, cared for, and removed before hair begins to break.

In some cases it promotes better hair growth.

  • Tell them SEEKING911!

  • i had this... mine fell out.

  • how do you take that shit out

  • Wow, you are ignorant. Good hair is strong hair. It doesn't have anything to do with black people hair or white people hair, straight hair or "kinky" hair. My {white} friend had that shit done and it fell out. I had to do it the "black" way which is a lot better than this. In my opinion, black people have the "good" hair. Look at all the hair styles we can withstand. All you guys can come up with is straightening and curls...just plain, not creative at all.

  • how do you remove them?

  • I placed an order from your store and it just arrived today. The color is perfect and the texture matches mine as well. I can't wait to get them in and see how they do!

  • How much would getting those done cost?

    Also...

    Would your natural get damaged?

    And...

How long would they stay in?

  • In Italy cost 1.90 € a lock. The natural hair is a little ruin. They stay about six months depends on where they are made and how they are treated!

  • You do it bad...Thats not good for you, cause you will have many problems with the people that want to go to you for there hairextensions.

  • you are very sloppy you got melted crap on her hair if you did that to me id be so pissed =]

  • How would you take those out?

  • taking hair extensions out is a mess, so thats why you go to the right people in the first place. you know how it takes hours to put extensions in? well it takes even longer to take them out. you use a solution to break the bonds then cut whatever you need. etc.

  • best video so far

  • how many packs does one need?

  • were do you get the heat wand from and how much are they~? x

  • yes it is... the newest method is to have the hair looped into a coil and inserting the extension and apply pressure with special pliers.

  • Aproximately- how long time does it take to fill a full head of keratin extensions?

  • Wow... I'm amazed...

  • they dont rip out your hair, thats why it's keratin that they use, its not harmful to your hair like glue, it's totally safe.

  • omg, these are the same ones britney spears used to get,

and the reason why she shaved her head was because she was goin bald from these glued on ones.

  • but these arnt glue tho

  • did she really

  • :| hmmm- i wanna get them done with ma birthday muney coz i always wear clip in 1s - but i hate them now so i want real 1s but im scared incase they rip out my hair!!?

    will they??

    wb plz xx

  • Great video on applying these extensions. Thanks for sharing it.

  • i will be getting these hair extensions soon! can you dye them?

  • its not a glue its a protein which is what your hair is basically

im just starting this method of all the weaving and extensions I've done just by reading about this one i think its the healthiest

  • i had a glue in one and it ripped out that bit of hair

  • omg i don't think of this is very healthy for hair !!

  • thank you, this helped me alot! :D

  • if its glue or wateva. how can u brush ur hair? its gon be all clumpy. hahah

  • um instead of using thath thing(dnt kno the name)can u use a flat iron?

  • How do you take them out?

  • I'm getting these kind of extensions put in next week, how long do they normaly last and how long does it usually take to put them in

  • 8-10 weeks, if done correctly 3-4 hours

  • thats not glue dummy

  • I thought the model was a real peron for a sec!!

    x

  • AHAHHAAHAH, a person with no body? lol :p

  • i want tooooooo

  • i think that clip ins are wayyy easier.

  • but they dont last longer

    mandaapanpaa101

  • well, glue ins are bad as removal,

so clip em in whenever you want.

but from glue or sew id choose the sew in

  • Great Tutorial. If you remove the bonds with acetone and a tool to crunch the bond, you can safely get them out quickly, with no damage to the hair. Make sure you don't pull and tugg as this can break the hair at the roots if you arn't careful.

    Very helpful video:)

  • How much did that head dummy cost?

  • You can find them anywhere from 20-200+ dollars... Do a google search, also check ebay and amazon

  • After 3 months you can see the glue hanging. By the way I lost almost a half of my hair with THAT.

  • you probably did not took care of you hair properly

  • wow how long will it take to do a full set? lol. i wanna get extensions cuz the clip in kind are retarded! they are so fake and ppl can see the tracks!

  • Isnt that bad for your hair?

  • sure it is... but, hey, what don`t we do for hair?

  • hair grows back.

  • Doen't the glue get all over your fingers?

  • well, if you move your fingers like she did, it doesn`t.

  • why do you cut the tip? when i do it i normally dont ...but ima jus curious :P...nothin personal

  • Clips are better in my opinion. You can do them yourself, they're a lot LOT cheaper and you can take them out and reuse them whenever you want.

  • GREAT VIDEO VERY HELPFUL!

  • how do you take it out

  • No wonder it costs 1000 bucks. lol

  • are you listening britney?? lol

  • best demo thank u how much are the extensions and bond wand please

  • holy shit.

i would crack it doing that job

    soo slowwyyy.

  • wtff

  • SNOOP DOGG!

  • Where did you get that mannequin from and how much was it? Also, do all the mannequins have the same hair texture? OH, love the video, too!!!

  • I have another way of doing that which is alot easier than that.....But you have an excellent example!

  • I got fusion hair extensions and the girl at the salon messed it up! You can see the glue and mine are an inch already and i just got them done. It does NOT look like that! what do i do?? Im sick of wearing a hat and the lady keeps arguing with me and i just want my money back!

  • how much did it cost?

  • 500 dollars. a couple hair stylist told me to take her to small claims court. Out of the 5 or 6 that i went to said that it looked HORRIBLE and that they felt sorry for me that i had to walk around like that!

  • lol...wow..u shuda got the micro-cylinder hair extensions...i was told they last longer and they look better...and u shud get ur money back..PRONTO..

  • they wont give me my money back! Im so pissed i hate them!! HAHAHA!

  • q weaaa no kxo na oh

  • your videos are so useful, thank you very much for sharing them!

  • this doesnt work. i ordered these from her and yeah they looked amazing when i first put them in but like a week after the shell starts cracking and opening up and sliding down off your hair.

  • mine actually turned white as well ..it wasnt from her but it was the same technique..did this happen to you?

  • 45tr

  • HOW DO YOU GET IT OUT OF YOUR HAIR?

  • that's what i'm wondering

  • me too..

  • It grows out. Or they just fall out
