NATO members meeting on Thursday (April 3rd) in Bucharest have invited Croatia and Albania to join the Alliance.
Croatian President Stipe Mesic and Prime Minister Ivo Sanader thanked NATO members for the support extended to their country. They stressed that confidence in Croatia and Albania would send encouraging messages to other NATO aspirants in the region.

I think Kosovo will only be used for US Policy,they will take everything they can out of the country,they will steal,build their military bases,and after they dont need Kosovo anymore it will remain alone and poor.
As for the war in Balcans,it was relly gruesome,and even if iam ortodox and everything,i admit that many Serbs are veeery Nationalistic i would even say nazi. But the Usa and Nato was not very innocent in this war.They gained the profit,not the population.They have now the space to build miliary bases, they can now destroy your nature,they take you resources and after that they dont give a shit about you.I dont see a bright future for eastern eouropean countries under US dictature....
