When you install halo projectors, do the halos turn on when you start your car, or when you turn your parking lights on...your lights on....or what?

depends on how you wire them up. with some wiring knowledge of your car, you can wire them up to turn on whenever you want. that the beauty of custom builds.

When u hit your highs, thats the brightest they go for these type of lights? Reason for it is that im think about getting HID lights for my chrysler but ireally like these.

HID is a type of lightbulb, while halo's are a type of housing with the lighted rings, answer: get both!
