It sounds like a Fogerty brother for sure (CCR). However, I do not think it is by him, because you can download the entire song on the HoJo fan page on Facebook. The chorus sounds like nothing CCR would do, in all the song is about 3 minutes long.

I think its a government conspiracy. Government agents like to say it's Andrew Bird to throw us off. Don't be surprised if this is my last comment ever as i fear that FBI agents will soon bust through my window for discovering their secret. At this point I think knowing who sings this song would be worth jail time.

Most likely not a complete song, but just a studio production 4 HoJo's ad meaning there is no artist because the Ad itself (namely HoJo) owns the rights. Find the ads creators & therein lies the answer.

Well it goes like this, if a song sounds familiar and you can't quite place it and it "says" something to you, Its a good song. I give you for instance the new album by Cat Stevens, sounds familiar but we haven't heard his music in decades.
