why do we pay cops our tax money so they can give us a ticket for doing a rolling stop at a stop sign or like, failed to yeild, but when a car runs a stop light or there is a REAL crime going on, they are no where to be found, i mean, we pay them our tax money, so they can give us $100-$500 ticket for something useless..

i ment is that, why do they give out tickets for dumb reasons, like, Loitering and all that, it dont make sense..they give tickets for failing to signal and when your 2-5mph above the speed limit, and when they approch you, they are mean as fuck..they need to find better things to do than handing out lame citations,

about 60 percent of the American population consists of the poor and middle class. Middle class are the great majority of voters. Usually because poor and working class know that either way they will get fucked. Whether republican or democrat. Republican party was one and split into a second party early in 20th century in order to maintain a 2 party competition and leave other parties without an opportunity. In San Diego some of the most racist cops are hispanics who think other hispanics are less than them. Whites can be hipocritically nice, strictly serious mad doggers, adrenaline seekers (and it starts with tickets because they give the worst fines frequently). Blacks and woman cops are the most respectful of the law and chill. I have never seen asian cops in san diego so far.

"Smart cops" would go to the site, looks around, ask a few questions to the people in this event. If there's no problem in this event, they would go to the neighbors house, chastised him/her for making up a bullshit story, give him/her a warning, and leave.

My friend, who is impoverished, had to steal food to survive. He stole from a franchise. He was caught and the cops arrived 5 minutes later.
My other friend witnessed his band equipment being stolen from his van. Same city. Same force. Cops took an hour to show up.
Cops only care if you're white, rich and not talking back to them.

When you think about it, the Republican party can't really offer anything to the People (the at least 90% of us who own less than 10% of the weath)...so what else can they do to drum up support except to appeal to to baser human "instincts" of hate, racism, bigotry, elitism through policies of fear-mongering, suppression, inadequate education, misinformation, subterfuge.

I think considering the full story, this Sherif's deputy "Marshall Abbott " (ya think his first name isn't a bit Ironic?) should lose his job, and if there is any justice left in America...he and the Sherif's department should "enjoy" paying millions and lose a huge lawsuit.
Cenk, you missed out big-time with this story by not at least reading to viewers the home-owner's account of this tragic event.
Also, the "noise" occurred before the "sound ordinance" and was therefor completely legal!
