rockschool guide to grade 2 - intro and Night Bus

I'm also doing my grade 2 exam, but it's the 1st Rockschool exam I've done. Can anyone give me some idea as to what format the exam takes. Is is a paper you follow, or a cd played, or does the examiner tell you what to do???
