  • please, show exercise that are good for normal people with belly...not exercises for Superman.

  • @DanyPunk91 Please look at the other videos on this channel. There are 90+ uploads. More than 180 exercises. Some are more challenging than others. Find some that you can do. Good luck.

  • What the bloody hell was that?

  • @mannism That was a "workout."

  • Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good.

Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many unbelivable things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

  • @darryllauber Hi! Nope, never heard of it. Huh.

  • Holy shit that combat push up looks beast! I'm going to try that right now thanks my old routines were getting boring

  • @xMaqmatic No problem. Glad you like. Try it with your feet elevated too. Extra challenge :)

  • the combat one looks easier in the video

  • @iamRJ2397 Word.

  • the hell these dont burn belly fat only the combat push up looks affective

  • @DragonballZ59 High intensity strength training exercises, like the combat push up, provide intense stimulation of the muscle fibers of the pectorals, deltoids, triceps and additional stimulation to the abdominals and anterior chain, which all in turn lead to improvements in body composition AKA increased lean muscle mass and reduced body fat. Thanks for the comment. :)

  • yeah those combat ones look pretty hard...

  • @takeYOURreadstep Yes, like anything, it might be challenging if you're just starting. I wouldn't recommend this for a beginner. Instead you could modify the range of motion by not descending into a full push up, but rather just go half way down. Or you could bring your knee in partially, instead of all the way.

  • Well seeming I'm looking for weight loss exercises I can't really see myself doing this, This is more the type of stuff you'd see on Britain's got talent.

  • so hard for thin people

  • @marcosafwat1 Progression. Increase your exercise intensity gradually and with a specific goal in mind. Rome wasn't built in a day and your body won't be either. It requires consistent, progressive resistance training to grow stronger.

  • It's quite harsh for me , even i'm a basketball player

  • @KSLauCarson There are 80 more workouts on this channel. Some are challenging, some are less challenging. Do what you can.

  • how can you burn fat if your FAT can't let you do those ?

  • @0234369 Stop eating refined and processed carbohydrates. Increase your intake of lean protein. Exercise everyday. Drink a minimum of one once of water for every pound of your body weight. Think positive. Stop playing video games, watching TV and other things that don't benefit you in some way. Change of your workout routine so that you don't get bored. Do what you can everyday. The next day it will be easier. If you put enough of those days together, eventually you can do anything.

  • No , I'm not on steroids

  • @fadesfady What?

  • @fadesfady Did anybody here say that you were? If they did, that's just not Kosher! Peace and chicken grease.

  • \m/ THAT WAS FUCKING METAL \m/

  • @Rudimentarypenis Yes it was

  • was wondering what type of protein do you drink? i heard there is not much difference between casein and whey protein. which one would u choose to lose weight faster? what if i dont want to build body mass just losing belly fat! should i skip the protein diet for normal healthy one?

  • @desirelew My favorite protein powder is EAS. I'll drink Myoplex too but that's kinda chalky. A high protein and limited processed carbohydrate eating strategy is a normal, healthy way to eat.

You'll look better for yourself and the ladies -- & burn more fat if you add some muscle tissue. Personally, I've experienced the best results with whey supplementation and limiting intake of bread, white rice, most fruit and sugar in all forms.

  • was wondering what type of protein do you drink? i heard there is not much difference between casein and whey protein. which one would u choose to lose weight faster? what if i dont want to build body mass just losing belly fat! should i skip the protein diet for normal healthy one?

  • how many circuits do u do in 30 mins? so hard for the first time! i did only do 5 circuits :D

  • @desirelew Once is great for your first time. If I really push I can get through 7 - 8 circuits.

  • your welcome

  • he makes the shit look easy lol

  • @TheJered25 That's the magic of Hollywood. lol

  • Do 30 minutes of cardio every morning BEFORE you eat. Eat smaller portioned meals that consist of lean meats like chicken and turkey. Always eat veggies that are fresh or frozen, never canned. Avoid food high in carbs, sugar, fat, etc. Don't just do cardio, try doing low weight lifting exercises to maximize fat burn instead of muscle gain by doing higher reps. When you lose stomach fat you may have some loose skin there, I know I did. To solve this, simply jog and run often. This tightens it up.

  • nice video

  • @M89ZY thank you

  • im 14.. atleast give me a shot ..

  • @Jortender A shot at what?

  • @Jortender What is it that you want a shot at?

  • @DJonX7 That is THE question. LOL

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Hello what exactly would you suggest for losing some belly fat? I'm not fat, i just want to rid myself of belly fat.

  • @MrNameless999 For most of your meals the majority of the calories you consume should come from protein, fat and complex carbohydrates like beans and green leafy vegetables. Limit your intake of foods made from refined flour, sugar and beverages other than water. Combine that eating strategy with the workout prescription on my channel homepage and you'll lose your belly fat.

  • @MrNameless999 The body burns fat systemically. You can't target an area of your body specifically with exercises. That just trains the muscle that sits underneath the fat. Focus on eating protein first for most of your meals. Limit your intake of carbohydrates that are digested easily. For example, bread, pasta, potatoes, corn and rice are all digested too easily. Instead focus on eating green vegetables and protein for your lunches and dinners. Drink a high protein low carb protein shake first

  • @MrNameless999 ....thing in the morning. Add blueberries and strawberries for extra nutrients. Exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 espresso or cup of black coffee. That will burn the fat off of your belly. If it doesn't you can paint me green and call me a pickle lol :) good luck man!

  • you tha man! thanx for the vid

  • @rekonizeplanb you're welcome! Check out the other videos on my channel by clicking my username. This vid is one year old. My new workouts are even better.

  • You dont burn fat from this! With these excersises your only gonna get more mucels, and thats no point when it hidden behind all the fat! What you need to do is stay of the pizza, chips ect and run intervals if you really wanna burn fat fast, you you could stay generely in activity :)

  • @LFCmagnus95 This workout elevates metabolism for up to 72 hours after the workout has been completed. When you combine that with consistent high protein, carbohydrate restricted eating you will burn significant amounts of body fat off of your body.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies I feel that the best way to burn fat, still is interval running.

  • @LFCmagnus95 Do whatever works for you.

  • im considering joining a gym the only problem is i have work around 9am and college at 5pm to 9 pm and my gym opens at 5am but when ever i wake up i dont have any energy is their a way i can boost energy in the morning preferably no drugs or supplements?

  • @zainakamrinsane Go to bed earlier to have more energy in the morning. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. You don't need a gym membership to get in shape. Best thing a gym membership is good for is meeting chicas and socializing. The workouts on this channel are all you need to get in amazing shape -- no gym membership required. Just buy some dumbbells or kettlebells and a pull up bar and you'll be good to go. Good luck man.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies thks for replying to me i do sleep early get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep without tv r internet still no luck and i also did the working out at home routine for 15 month (pushup, pullup crunches alot of aerobic ran about 4 to 8 mile, etc) all i lost was 30 pounds and 1 inch in 15 MONTHS thats really nothing and after that failed i startted using whey protein for a month it tasted like crap and it gave me no energy what so ever i really need something to lose fat n boost energy

  • @zainakamrinsane Losing 30 pounds is a significant accomplishment. It worked. You just need a couple of adjustments. Are you eating high protein, low carbohydrate meals most of the time? Do you eat within 30 minutes of waking? Is water your primary beverage? Your answer to all of those questions should be "yes" if you want to optimize fat loss.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies but losing those 30 pounds didnt help at all with my energy and physical apperance, i really dont know what high proteins and carbohydrates are i eat mix things regardless if its healthy or not and i dont eat anything in the monring if i do all day ill feel bloted ,i only have water and gum untill i get home after 15 16 hours from work and college. what should i eat that would boost my fat loss and give me energy

  • @zainakamrinsane You must eat protein asap in the morning. Good sources are beef, poultry, fish, pork, milk and eggs. For breakfast have eggs and bacon or a no-carb protein shake. Your goal is fat loss. Do a minimum of one of the workouts on my channel, 10-20 minutes first thing in the morning and limit your intake of bread, pasta, crackers, white rice and sweets (process carbohydrate) that will boost your energy. Eat nuts during the day.Don't eat at night, you'll feel hungry in the morning.

  • Im 5'6 and over 150 pounds too wek to do any more then 10 regulr push ups plese help me lose weight and look slimmer i will worry about getting stronger later

  • @noblesbee You have it backwards. When you get stronger you alter your bodies sensitivity to insulin. That will change the way you process glucose and when you store fat and release fat from your fat cells. You should get strong and lose weight at the same time. The workouts on my channel will get you strong and burn fat.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Thanks for letting me know that but is there any easier push ups i can start off with the combat specificly is too hard for me T.C i can only make me hands get off the ground not too my sides like you do

  • @noblesbee You're welcome! You start with what you can do. All you can do is all you can do and all you can do is enough. When you first learned mathematics you didn't start with calculus, you started with addition. Similarly, nobody ever started with T.C. push ups. Everyone starts with what they can do. I started with regular push ups. Only after you've achieved sufficient strength will you do the advanced exercises but if you commit yourself to anything, you'll see improvement. Good luck!

  • Whats the proper way to do these cause when i clap and come down my wrists hurt so bad cause of how much i weigh i think im onyl 150 pounds tho and im 15

  • @HomeSkilletForeva T.C. push ups are an advanced plyometric exercise and shouldn't be attempted until you can do about 30-40 consecutive, full range of motion, good form, regular push ups. Once you've achieved that you can progress to "plyo push ups". Plyo push ups are just like regular push ups but you move explosively on the concentric "up" portion of the movement. Start with 1-2 explosive reps for the first 2 weeks of your training. You can add 1 rep each week. Your wrists will adapt.

  • nice editeing(:

  • @HomeSkilletForeva Thank you!

  • jump rope (Skipping)

  • im 5'9", weigh 128 pounds, and im 14. Im not fat, but i do have a little belly fat blocking my abs.. how do i get rid of that? The fat thing about me is my thighs reallys.

  • @ilikeJB09 High protein, restricted simple carbohydrate eating combined with progressive resistance training is the most effective way to lose belly fat. There is a link to a sample eating plan in the video description and the workouts on my channel are the most efficient and effective method for building muscle and getting lean fast. Follow the workout instructions on the channel homepage and you'll see excellent results.

  • wait, it says do 4 reps of each, but you're doing more on the squat jacks. how many squat jacks should i do? and also how many kettle bell split cleans?

  • @itzzsk Do four of each. When we shot the video I just did as many as I could consecutively :)

  • For someone who is 5'9" 255 lbs how do you suggest I start? I have a hard time getting started

  • just one thing, I think you should let people know that they should do warmups before excercise. by the way, these are really good excercises not just for fat losing but i think it grows muscle too:D

  • where is the "for fluffy people" version of this??

  • @danymexraptor The 7 most recent workout videos on my channel are all for "fluffy" to fit people. All ability levels can perform those workouts (let me know if you have questions about modifications or anything else. -Curtis

  • there is one problem. Not all overweight men can do this stuff!

  • @MrPhibib This is a challenging workout. If you cannot do this particular workout try one of my newer ones. All levels can definitely complete those. -Curtis

  • @MrPhibib They can work their way up to it gradually. I used to not be able to do pull ups and I'm actually fit. All I had to do was jump up to the bar and let myself back down very slowly causing resistance with my arms. It took me weeks to get my arms strengthened in this downward pulling motion and now I can do them with ease. It's sort of like how people who can't do normal pushups train to do them by resting on their knees and go down instead of their toes.

  • @MrPhibib Yeah i think is mostly for pretty lean guys that just need to get rid of a little bit of fat xD

  • @MrPhibib Then find alternatives, instead of giving your fat ass excuses not exercise.

  • @TheBloodySinner EXACTLY. hahaa!

  • there is one problem. Not all fat men can do this stuff!

  • thanks for the vid. i have to use this for motocross season cause a gained 25 pounds in like a 1 and half months and it all went to my stomach. Lol

  • @anthonyskibbles you're welcome! thanks for watching. let me know if you have questions about the workouts or anything else :) -Curtis

  • is it possible to lose 20-30 pounds in 1-2 months with this method?

  • @TheFrostyNutz Yes, it is possible to lose 30 pounds in one month. However, for most people that would require a complete militaristic discipline. Every single day you will need to adhere to a precise eating regimen and workout schedule. For most people, the most reasonable time frame to lose 30 pounds is about 3 months. The workouts on my channel are based on current sports science research, personal experience and the experience of my personal training clientele. It works if you work :)

  • Dude this is a long question requiring a bit of harry potter type magic. How do i get rid of the middle part and lower middle part of the fat. I don't have a huge stomach at all but it is lose and flabby. I have developed the upper abs but the lower portion, hips and love handles don't seem to become tough and hard. Although I take a good hearty diet don't have much of a lunch. try to avoid sugar and high intense carbs. In other words what the hell am i suppose to do.

  • @deathtoallsinners If you perform high intensity interval strength training (pick from the workouts posted from Jan. 1 - Aug. 31 2011 on my channel) combined with low carbohydrate, high protein, healthy eating will expose your abdominals.

  • cool moves but i was looking for the instructions XD

  • @PhoenixDjinni96 Thank you for watching! The workout instructions are in the video description... and here:

    No Rest Between Exercises

    4 Repetitions Each Exercise

As Many Circuits As Possible in 30 Minutes

Let me know if I can be of further assistance :) -Curtis

  • @HardTimesHardBodies to tell you the truth i was looking to have a flat stomach or maybe some packs in it...and firm chest with both legs and arms as good enough to as to beat steroid...well maybe strong enough to be fire arms hehe

  • @PhoenixDjinni96 Okay, good luck. Let me know if you have questions or if I can help you in anyway! -Curtis

  • @HardTimesHardBodies SIR YES SIR, it want to turn myself good for my GF in England, thanks for all your help

  • @PhoenixDjinni96 Do it for yourself dude. You are the man! :)

  • @HardTimesHardBodies your an awesome guy, im your fan!

  • i bet your gym teacher loved you lol;)

  • @megadeth6828 LOL!

  • Is it possible to lose bellyfat and sidefat by just using the jump rope?

  • @Plut089 Yes! You can lose belly fat just by laying in bed too -- I'm being serious -- However, you'll look like a man get all the chicas and achieve faster fat loss if you perform strength training too! Good luck bro.

  • wow it doesnt say how many to do just says 4 sets and to do jumprope 100x

  • @ShotByOneShot The workout instructions are to perform FOUR repetitions of each exercise. Perform each exercise in succession, without rest. Then repeat the entire circuit again. Keep doing that for 30 minutes. So you would do TC push ups 4 times, followed immediately by 4 combat push ups, followed immediately by 4 reps of the squat jump matrix, followed immediately with 100 reps of jump rope, followed with 4 reps of the split clean. Then you rest and do it all again. Repeat cycle for 30min.

  • do young youth burn fat quicker then adults

  • @astoria1996 Fat loss is dependent on the amount of insulin an individual and different body types are associated with different concentrations of hormones in the blood. Whether you're young or old - it doesn't matter -- fat loss and fat gain are dependent on the amount of insulin in your blood.

  • do young youth burn fat faster than adults

  • is it possible to lose 70 pounds in 6 months and is it healthy i walk and run on a treadmail everyday for 1 hour or sometimes 30 mins due to my mood

  • @astoria1996 Yes, it is possible to lose 70 pounds in 6 months. I have a client that lost 50 pounds in four months. It's been 3 years and she's kept the weight off. Research & experience with my clients suggest that running on a treadmill is not the most efficient method of achieving fat loss. Instead eat carbohydrate restricted, high protein meals 90% of the time and perform high intensity interval strength training (see my channel) 20-40 minutes per session, 4-6 per week. Questions? Gd luck :)

  • @dynamic10101 diet

  • YOU CANNOT LOSE BELLY FAT BY DOING ANY TYPE OF STOMACH EXERCISE. BELLY FAT IS CALLED VISCERAL FAT AND WILL ONLY BE LOST VIA HEALTHY EATING AS WELL AS VERY REGULAR VIGOROUS EXERCISE.

STOMACH EXCERCISES WILL STRENGTHEN AND TONE STOMACH MUSCLES. BUT IT WILL HAVE NO IMPACT WHATSOEVER ON BELLY FAT.

FAT IS ONLY LOST VIA DIET AND BURNING IT OFF WITH EXERCISE. NO TYPE OF EXERCISE CAN TARGET A SPECIFIC AREA OF FAT..

PLEASE STOP SPREADING THIS STUPID AND DANGEROUS MYTH.

  • @smaqlooli Most of the research I've seen suggests that your assertion is correct. So, I know that -- you know that -- but most overweight people don't know that and can't hear what you're saying. They literally don't believe you. So, I'm not spreading the myth. This video is simply my response to a frequently asked question. Then, I sneak the truth in that you and I both know -- localized fat loss is most likely a myth.

  • Spot reduction works? Nah...

  • @Raybee Evidence surrounding exercise induced localized loss of subcutaneous fat as a result of an exercise program, as a whole, has been inconsistent. The general population, as a whole, is not aware of this.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies love the music great vid those combat push ups look tough

  • @KiLLxDoZeR thanks man

  • @dynamic10101 With your activity level you should achieve your weight loss goal of 54kg in 1-2 months, if you follow the plan. Let me know if you have questions.

    -Curtis

  • @dynamic10101 Every day be sure to eat at least 1,512 calories but no more than 2,012 calories. To achieve your goal you'll need to purchase a digital food scale from Amazon dot com and write down EVERY single thing you eat (and drink) and the number of calories in each meal and beverage. This will ensure that you stay within the calorie guidelines. The easiest way to do this is to follow the fat loss program using the link to my website. Link is in video description.

  • @dynamic10101 ALL of the workouts on my channel will help you get rid of the fat on your belly and none of the require the use of a gym or health club. What is your goal, specifically?

    -Curtis

  • hey bro im 16 i weigh 58 kilos but i got somewhat of a belly/beer belly , i wanna loose it preety quicly u think u can check out my videos of malaysion to see if that helps for cardio ?

  • if you're goal is to get big and strong it's not really necessary to do these kinds of exercises. Bodybuilders normally just lift weights and meet their nutritional requirements at a caloric deficit in order to cut. That with the addition of simple cardio. As simple as jogging. Probably the one thing they do to speed things up beyond what I already mentioned is using certain patterns of diet like high and low carb days. Google "your fit assist maniac" cuz it explains it better

  • Hi, can you help me?

I am almost 15 years old and i need to lose 5 kg+ more, so which workouts is the best?

    I am 170 centimeters and 65 kg.

  • I don't know if you'll do this for me as well because you might not have the time but I am 14 years old, I weigh 205 pounds and I'm 6'0" tall. And I'm also looking to slim down before the school year. How many calories should I be eating? How many days a week should I be doing cardio and how many days should I be weight lifting. If you get to answering this, thanks so much! If you don't it's quite alright!

  • @hardtimeshardbodies i'm 5'9 200 lbs and I play football, linebacker. I have a nice build I just need to lose my love handles and beer gut. Any help?

  • hey im13,i weigh 135 and i want to get slim before soccer season starts what are the best and fastest things that can help me out? please reply and good workouts

  • HardtimesHardbody. I am 17 years old, 5'10 and weigh 158 pounds. I want to slim in 10 pounds or a little because my packs aren't showing too much because of my small amount of fat. How much shoulld I consume a day?

  • Hello. I'm 14 years old and weigh 138 pounds. I'm trying to lose my weight for the summer so I can feel more confident in myself for high-school. I'm about 5'4 or 5'5 not sure. I basically want to know how to lose my little gut, and how many calories I should be consuming, and burning off.

  • One day I really hope to be this fit!! I have 300 pounds to lose,:( Any advice on how to best go about losing weight without surgery, or help or friendly suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

  • THIS VIDEO HAS FUCKING LIGHTING!!!!! soooo legit!

  • Hi... I'm 5'10 and weigh 235... I'm trying to get back into the military, but I need to lose down to about 170... HELP!!???! Please!!

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Hey, i just turned 16 and im 6'0 tall & weigh about 175. ive got a pretty good amount of muscle but ive got just enough body fat so i cant have a 6 pack. i surf all the time and eat generally healthy. but when im not doing something im usually at home playin video games so i cant seem to keep my body fat down. is there any tips you could give me to help me lose this little bit of body fat that wont seem to go away

  • Could you tell me the reps and how many sets?

  • Will the red lightning come naturally when I do said push ups?.. Or do I have to do something special? Just kidding, good work out though.

  • hey. im 13. i weigh 221 pounds and have a 38 inch waist. i want to get slimmer before the end of summer. and to be ready for school without low confidence in myself. what is the best and fastest thing for me to fo? PLEEASE! REPLY!

  • @iZiXsNiPrZzXiZi Sure, dude. I can help. First I need to calculate your estimated resting metabolic rate. How tall are you?

  • @HardTimesHardBodies thanks for replying :D, i am 5,10

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Hey, Im 16, I weigh 158 pounds and I am 1,58 tall, I feel obese, I have some skate videos on, so, could you recomend whats the best thing for me to do, Thanks man, nice body building you have right there :)

  • @Macsk8ing Your estimated energy expenditure is 2,248 calories per day. Consume no more than 1,748 calories each day and you'll lose one pound per week. If you increase your daily activity levels with exercise you'll lose weight faster. Don't do any of this unless you've received clearance from your doctor.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Thanks bro.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies hey dude im 20 years of age 5 feet 9 inches of height & waist is about 38-39 inches i need to burn my belly fat how can i plz

  • @iZiXsNiPrZzXiZi wow dude, i was there when i was your age. best of luck to you man.

  • @iZiXsNiPrZzXiZi I estimated your daily energy requirements using the "Harris Benedict equation". Your daily resting energy requirement is about 1,958 calories. If you stay below that number six days a week you'll lose 2 pounds of fat a week. Get a "digital food scale" to make sure you don't go over 1,958. Increase the intensity of your workouts by taking less rest between sets and increasing the weight you lift and you'll lose even more weight. You'll also add lean muscle. Questions?

  • @HardTimesHardBodies hey man im 17 and i weigh about 270 and im about 5'11 maybe a little taller but not much could you give me some tips etc... i already lift some now just wanted to know what else i could do thanks for the help!

  • @iZiXsNiPrZzXiZi the only way to lose fat is to go to a court and run as fast as you can and as many time you can when you are tired wrest for 5 minutes and continue in one month you will be ok (sorry for bad english i am Greek)

  • @iZiXsNiPrZzXiZi Well at your weight cardio would be the fastest thing to do to lose fat. These exercises are for people who have a little bit of extra fat. I would recommend running, biking, or swimming everyday. Swimming is probly the best way to burn fat and lose weight just swim constant laps with like 5 minute breaks for about an hour everyday.

  • Right. We should keep fit our body.

  • Yes. Everyone should take exercise everyday and keep their body fit.

  • This workout is good but click on my channel for my NEW and improved workouts!

  • Have you never heard, there's no such thing as local fat burning?

  • @20Divine20 Yes, the human body burns fat systemically. If it was possible to burn fat exclusively in one part of the body from exercise the act of chewing gum would give people a skinny face.

Unfortunately, most people do not know that. Most people just want to "burn belly fat" and keep everything else the same.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Thats okey, just the title was a bit misleading...

  • @20Divine20 The exercises in this video build muscle and burn fat. Increasing lean muscle mass results in higher resting metabolic rate. Increasing resting metabolic rate with strength training has been shown to burn more body fat than traditional cardiovascular exercises like jogging, aerobics, Zumba, etc. Ultimately, high intensity strength training and peripheral heart action training, like the workout in this video, is the best way to burn belly fat. Title isn't misleading. Just dumbed down.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies If you are not a total beginner, you can't burn fat and build muscle together without steroids. Thats a fact.

  • @20Divine20 Anabolic steroids are just synthetically produced variations of the naturally occurring hormone TESTOSTERONE. Much research indicates that progressive high intensity strength training increases the production of growth hormone and testosterone - substances that play a key role in building mass. Therefore, it is plausible that one may build muscle and burn fat without the use of these synthetic replications of naturally occurring muscle building compounds.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies The intensive training can increase the level of hgh, and testosterone, but not on a massive, high level, which is enough to keep, or increase your musclemass by a strict diet, which is indispensable to lose fat. And if you have a bulking up diet, than it's impossible to lose fat. The people who are using synthetically produced hormones, are using a very high dose correlated to the naturally occurring hormone levels of the human body. Anabolism or catabolism, choose one.

  • @20Divine20 According to Berg in "Biochemistry", "a thermodynamically unfavorable reaction sequence can be converted into a favorable one by coupling it to the hydrolysis of a sufficient number of ATP molecules in a new reaction and metabolism is essentially a linked series of chemical reactions". Energy coupling is a transfer of energy from catabolism to anabolism, or transfer of energy from exergonic process to endergonic process. So catabolic reactions fuel anabolic reactions, right?

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Sorry, but not right. That sounds very well, but simply it's just not true. Its's all about calories. If you go over your necessity, than you will build muscle, and some minimal fat, and if you go under, you will just lose fat, and some muscle too. But it works only with a precise diet, because when you eat too much, you will gain a lot of fat, and if you eat too slight, you will lose too much muscles.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies What do you think, why are the bodybuilders - who are using a lot of hormonal help - having bulking, and ripping periods? If they will be able to do it the same time, they will do it, and than they could avoid losing muscle before the competitions. But all you can hear from them, is talking about minimalized muscle loss, and too flat form cause the diet.

  • @20Divine20 Good points, man.

  • guys if ur really hooked on sugar and all that and u have temptations, get a lot of smoothies id start off with a strawberry&banana smoothie from mcdonalds

  • I don't get what you mean by 4 reps? Like you do 4 tc pushups, then 4 combat pushups, etc? Sorry if I'm missing something i'm kind of tiere

  • @Rambuzzle That's correct. Perform four repetitions of each exercise. Do four T.C. push ups. Then do four combat push ups, etc.. Does that make sense?

  • These have really helped me, Thank you

  • @MrBewbie You're welcome!

  • i have a question, im currently working on getting a super ripped, brolic ass body, and so far my upper body has had some great gains. but my midsection is covered in fat (not that much fat, but enough). so what exercises can i do to get rid of the excess belly fat without interfering with my upper body weight training, and when should i do them? like on off days? workout days? what...

  • @rainmaka24 If you perform this workout as instructed you'll build muscle and burn the fat off of your midsection. You'll need to eat in a manner that supports that goal though. The workouts on my channel are designed to stimulate peripheral heart action. P.H.A. resistance training moves the blood through your muscles rather than simply pooling the blood. PHA progressive resistance training stimulates muscle hypertrophy (muscle gain) and burns fat.

  • Good day, awesome video. Have you heard of Intellectus 424diet (You can google it) You can probably download it for free. Best diet I have ever tried! Me and my friends lost all our fat within weeks.
