I have have had two issues and they can be seen in this video and are discussed. In a case of iris atrophy I caused a Iris dis-insertion under the incision. It was large enough that it required closure due to glare complaints. On removal or the device be careful not to engage iris as well as it will become trapped in the inserter. This is the advice to disengage before using the inserter. It is malleable and can be pulled through the incision as well. Thank you Dr Malyugin and Larry Laks!
