I did basically the same thing. but I forgot to take the orderly's uniform in the medical wing, so I had to kill the other two. Then I got busted poisoning the booze inside the globe. :P

you dont need to Attack the first Guard..i allways Hide behind the dore, when he comes out i go in and steal the Tap and Key.., he wont see or Hear anything

Did a small variation:

I placed a mine on the wall next to the room were you waited for a guy in white to move away. Triggered it, guards went away and when I got near the cell , I sedated the guard you said we had to keep an eye on while talking to the target agent. Got his clothes, put him in a cage (lol) and went on exactly the same as you.

Notiriaty (sp) is a bad thing. It means people noticed you. You want to be as stealth as possible so you want to keep your notiriaty down.
