you can not because animal instincts are very strong in cats if your cat wants to fuck then he wants to fuck.

You will have to castrate your cat.

Is your cat Male or Female? Not that it really matters because if your cat isn't spayed or neutered it's natural instinct is too yowl-go outside-pant in heat-if it's a female, and mate. Even if they are neutered though-like mine are they will still yowl at the door from time to time. I spray mine with a water bottle-it's a very humane disciplinary action to use with cats-also a loud noise-like coins in a can etc. good luck! Remember though be consistent.
