I thought it was cool man, dont make it too complicated though - you have the ideas of some sexy songs right there, but dont complicate it up - all you need (i find) in jazz is two nice chords juxtaposed together and you can do Lots with it.
But please for the love of your deity, tune your guitar up man!! - keep going thoug :)
