Wow! Snow. And lots of it, which we don't see but every 2 or 3 decades or so down here in Florida. The last time was in January of 1977 when one inch of snow shut down the entire city of Tampa until 2pm when it melted.

By the time I left Montreal, around 7 pm, there was close to 20 inches in some places. The funny thing is up here the city stays open because they can manage the streets quite well as you can see in the video.
