Thats why I love going to the city because you walk and walk and walk and its actually a really GREAT workout! My friend lives in SanFransisco and doesn't own a car and walks EVERYWHERE, she doesn't even have to workout like I do everyday because she walks up and down these massive hills every single day and gets a workout all day long! lol I think its the same for people in NYC. IF you live there, you most likely don't have a car and you walk ALOT. I love it.

@Therawfoodie I write it off and just get back to it. Get a workout in. It normally happens when I'm hungry in the morning and I'll just start eating. So after that - I realize what I did and just go on with my day. The worst you can do is feel bad about it and let it affect your day. Just do the best you can after:)

I don't know if you know this but the peanut butter you get by Peanut Butter and Company, there sandwich shop is located in NYC pretty cool! Enjoy the rest of your trip and have a safe trip back home.
