When I first got XP I would download all kinds of weird things like this just for kicks. Some of the things were trojans and Viruses, the funny thing is, when all this weird stuff started popping up on the screen and the quicklaunch instead of getting mad I got this weird excitement like I was excited about fixing all this junk. I can't say how much I miss the TechTv days. I think I could watch Call for Help and Screensavers all day long, it's the only thing that took me away from the computer.

There's also a way to get another cursor on windows, but without running a program. You need to either find a cursor file on the internet, or make one using a program (I use anituner), and once you've saved it, go to control panel and then to the mouse settings. Under pointers, there's a list of the types (normal, waiting, busy, etc.). Just select the one you want to change, click browse, and find the cursor you saved before, and it'll change it, simple as that.
