in the walking scenes it is played by a midget 3 feet tall called michu meszaros and in the scenes where u only see his shoulders are played with hand by a puppeteer Paul Fusco.He is the person who also acts his alf's voice and invented alf!
@melmacianalf are you from USA? I've checked the dvd's on amazon.com and compared to my own DVD (europe version) and season 2 is 624 minutes long, but season 2 in USA is 550 minutes..... we also have 4 season boxsets.

omg, i'm laughing soooo hard,
1. willy & kate frantically unclogging the coffee maker, "why would he even try to make banana coffee???"
2. he clogs up Willy's razor with fur and even has a band-aid on a shaving nick.
4. he keeps mixing up the name shirley with florence.
