What grains, seeds, flours, etc do you keep in the refrigerator and freezer? I'm new to all of these new foods. Maybe a quick video would help others as well!?

@BoarderX Great idea! I will do one!!! If you have the room- store as many as you can. Keep out the ones you use most often.

@falafelstand Was hoping no one would notice that! The finger happened outside the kitchen- cutting signs for a trade show.
