Unfortunately many industrialized products contain rennet from pig or other animals. However Kosher cheese does not contain anything from animal. Caucasus origin people make greeat cheese varieties without any animal ingredients. Especially Caucasian Turks and Molokan christians make great cheese. Kosher diet is very beneficial for everyone regardless of religious background.

Jamie, you did it again!!! How wonderful of you to introduce kosher cheese that looks so appealing, healthy and refined. Previous options for kosher cheese seemed reminiscent of government cheese programs; got the job done but no flair or excitement. I am really impressed by the happy cows line Organic and Kosher.
