  • SAF 2:27... ;)

  • I dont know if he's the best winger ever , i know he's my favourite. Cheers m8

  • I'd let him shag my wife.

  • The boys a genius!!!

  • absolutely brilliant vidoe

  • The greatest mystery of all time is not the universe and beyond nor crop circles..the biggest mystery is why the hell ryan giggs and paul scholes never won balon d'or.

  • @Da40cal because better players like ronaldo the brasilian, zidane,,etc have won it.

  • @M10663 strange...zidane,xavi and guardiola said scholes was the best middlefielder in their generation. Pele said if he had played on same team as scholes he would score way more goals. So guess theyr not that better just bigger artists ;)

  • True Legend

  • The Welsh Wizard.

  • I come to this video to listen to the song :L

  • "The boy is a genius!''

  • Signed another year extension so we'll have for ANOTHER year. Yeah!

  • No man can be his equal!

  • what happens if you give a ball to Chuck Norris...you get Giggs :)

  • overrated, he was never in the same league as zidane, ronaldo etc. also he has ZERO class, fucked his brothers wife, biggest twat in football..hope he retires soon, ugly basterd

  • Now he lift me up!

  • Ryan Giggs is a complete an utter twat.

  • @face999 so are you

  • Giggs always lift me up!!!!!

  • song anyone?

  • @RICH08XX

Lift me up... Jesus, cant your hear, and the title gives a pretty good hint too.

  • if he wasnt welsh and was england he'd be the best player ever, and england won have won a world cup in 2006 or 2002

  • the man kept a dignified silence as he always done.hes the ultimate pro a fantastic father..a wonderful ambassador...loyal to one club...a genius footballer whose kept his fitness to such a degree and through such longevity that no one has ever even come close to...hes also done a load for charity...as for affairs...if you really enjoy that sleaze try and work out how many affairs these other people have had who sell endless kiss and tell sex tales for money?

  • @deniro999 a dignified silence? Did you not hear about the disgraceful scene in Manchester when Giggs and his very strange wife shouted obscenities at his sister in law? And what about the not very well publisised news that Giggs lied about the motives of Miss Thomas when he was forced to apologise for saying that she was going to blackmail him? Giggs should be arrested for falsely seeking the injunction and put on trial for perjury or perverting the course of justice.

  • @widlad7 A load of tosh. Giggs had reason to believe Thomas was about to go to the gutter press, and then Max Clifford jumped on the bandwagon. Giggs never said she was "blackmailing" him. Natasha Giggs got well paid for putting the boot in. The one-sided gutter press reports and presentation of events should be taken with a very big pinch of salt. They even dragged in a Coronation Street actress to keep Giggs stories front page- even though she said it was nonsense she had nothing to do with.

  • @mizofan You seem to me to be a nice man so you should be above defending Giggs's deplorable behaviour. Every Liverpool fan I know of is doing the same now in defending the racist and shocking behaviour of Suarez and the depresing antics of Liverpool and the awful Dalglish. Don't blame the gutter press Giggs was quite happy to have them tell us before this business that he was a shinning light in the murky world of soccer and that he should be knighted or even canonised. Giggs laped that up.

  • Comment removed

  • @mizofan I promise that this is DEFINATELY the last time I will comment on here whatever happens. Tomorrow we play the racist scum at Anfield and I expect RG will play. This game is TOO big for him and you will see this. He will contribute nothing of substance to UTD performance. He will not score or provide an assist. He will be caught in possession several times and he will mis-place so many passess that you will lose count. He may cost us the game............TO BE CONTINUED

  • @mizofan ..as he has twice in recent seasons at Anfield, first when he pathetically tried to let the ball run out of play but was caught out by macsherano and Babel scored and then the girly way he jumped out of the wall this season. If I am wrong and he plays a blinder and United win I will be on cloud 9 I will be in heaven but it ain't gonna happen guys the occasion is much too big for him. you see if I am wrong.

  • @widlad7 Occasion "much too big"? Champions League matches are more important than the Liverpool match, and whatever he does now aged 38, as Giggs holds the record for most CL seasons with goals i don't think a 4th round cup tie can take that away, or what he did aged 37 v Chelsea and then Schalke in the 1/4 final and semi last season. And he was man of the match in the greatest moment in Utd's history, the Intercontinental Cup final win. Anyway, i'm tired of negativity on youtube

  • @mizofan I love Giggs as much as the next United fan (though I always rated Scholes the highest of Fergie's fledglings) but the Intercontinental Cup win is nowhere close to United's greatest moment, it's never been regarded with the same esteem as the European Cup/Champion's League.

  • @Gannon373 Yeah but it's still a step up to be best in the world, not just Europe. And Giggs has created more than twice as many goals as Scholes.

  • With his goal against Fulham it was Giggs 19th consecutive year with a goal in a Premier League. You will never see anything like that ever again where someone scores a goal in 19 straight years in the Premier League or someone playing for one team that long.

  • @redmustang03 Actually Giggs has now scored in all 20 seasons of the Premier League, and 22 consecutive seasons in the top division (he scored 1 goal in 2 matches in 90-1, as well as 91-2, before the Premier League started in 92-3.) And not only did he score v Fulham but he was superb and extended his record of easily most Premier League assists. Amazing!

  • @mizofan, your right he's scored every goal in his 21 years as a player for United. There's a lot of longevity records he has broken not only for United but in European football as well. Your never going to see a player like that every again. I say the closest one who started out great as a youngster with one team is Messi who signed for Barca as a youngster and did well even as a kid. I mean Barca paid for HGH treatments to Messi to help him grow as a teen.

  • @redmustang03 In the "old days" there were Utd/City great Billy Meredith, and Stanley Matthews, and recently there's been Maldini, but they and Giggs have all been exceptional. and Giggs has done it all with one club.

  • @mizofan, also if you think about Giggs is the only one left that has played before the Stretford End was redeveloped or when most stadiums were mostly standing seat only before the Taylor report recommendations took effect. Hell most of his former teammates he has played against, Bruce, Hughes, Keane, etc.

  • Still scoring and making goals, aged 38- miles ahead of any player for assists in the Premier League, and record for most seasons with a goal in Champions League as well as Premier League. Widlad is blinded by some strange hate. There are people on youtube who go to videos they like, and those who are drawn by negativity and ill feeling.

  • idiot at 1:09

  • Ryan Giggs is number 1

  • 37 people are manchester city dickheads.

  • last night we bowed out of europe and once again the pixi cum monkey man was shite-just can't do it on the big stage. I wish he had been born 50 miles west.

  • Comment removed

  • @widlad7 Do you mean you wish he was born in South West Wales instead of South East Wales (what difference would that have made?) or in the sea? Giggs has scored more Champions League goals than any British player, was man of the match in United's finest achievement, the Intercontinental Cup, has been voted throughout Europe the Golden Foot, and greatest ever United player. Yet you blame a 38 year old for United's k.o in Europe? Without Giggs, Utd lost to City in FA Cup and then were thrashed

  • if only he'd been born 50 miles east

  • SERIOUSLY> Can anyone of you drooling Giggs fans defend Giggs for costing United all the points at Anfield when he was so shit-scared of being hit by the ball he elected instead to conceede a goal?

  • @widlad7 i dont blame giggs, your right he shouldnt have moved from the wall and he knows that but im sure if you were standing in front of one of steven gerrards freekicks you would probably shit your pants.STOP BEING SUCH A HATER! everyone makes mistakes, the man is an icon!

  • @Liammcf99 giggs should have been moved on after the '99 final against Byern (at which i was present) when it was obvious that he would never cut it at the very highest level. We all thought he would become a Messi type player but alas he isn't fit to lace the the great Argies boots. I wouldn't say I hate Giggs but I must admit the sight of him soiling a United shirt makes me sick.

  • 37 dislikes people ehhh

  • song name please??? :)))

  • @feka88nk I don't know the song, (didn't make the video) but i guess it may be Lift Me Up?

  • @mizofan Thanks :)))))))

  • its a shame he plays 4 united.

  • fantastic video

    best regards from Italy

  • so what about the papers? giggs has NEVER EVER spoken about his private life to ANYONE. the papers illegally tap phones invade privacy jump to endless rash crass conclusions too when its none of the business and they dont even have enough detail to know the proper full stories , they also lie , exagerate and misquote all day every day in their desperate attempt to sell more papers in a dying trade. giggs meanwhile is the ULTIMATE PRO. the best most successful british footballer ever

  • Best ever along side Scholsey.

  • Don't like Giggs?Keep quiet or he'll fuck your wife.Legend.Mildly creepy and a deviant on a personal level.But what a legend.

  • look at the crowds reaction at 1:32

  • one of the best players ever. a gent. a family man. a model pro.

  • @sirtheory1 a family man LOL

  • I know him personally , good guy loves swiss chocolat toblerone, one of the best players ever !!!!

    COME ON RYAN !!!

  • His dribbling and finishing was pure class...

    The Messi of his days.

  • @MasterMetroid1 Too right, Messi probably learnt most of his ball control from watching giggs perform.

  • @Yuva782 .please messi is far superior than giggs, rofl idiot.

  • Winner of the Golden Foot award!

  • Giggs is The Best!

  • he's 10 times better than Ronaldo and Messi

  • The best because: Never switches team, never dives, hes just a legend!

  • the man is a hero. 944 games 22 years 31 trophies at the worlds most famous club no red cards the longest serving most loyal successful british player maybe european ever , earned millions for unicef and still the most exciting player in the country. giggsy is beyond genius. and he still keeps private. I love the man. hes a hero who creates beauty and refuses to fuel sick gossip in a sick country over run with illegal hacking and gossip. there will never be another. thank you giggsy

  • @deniro999 keeps private? i think you haven't read the papers?

  • @Innovater6 The snooping, illegally hacking, lying gutter press owned by Murdoch and other crooked billionaires chose to make his private life public, for profit, with vultures like Max Clifford moving in on the act too- whereas Giggs kept even his wedding a low key affair.

  • @deniro999

and cheats on his wife with his brothers wife and a model.

  • @22may95 Big deal. One-sided character assassination, with people making big money, feeding the public's hypocritical appetite for juicy sex scandal. You don't know all the facts and circumstances, there have been lots of lies and contradictions in the press, and who are you to judge? Half the population have affairs and noone's perfect. Giggs does his talking on the pitch.

He's an arsehole that fucked his own brothers WIFE.

Thats not 'gossip' and the man is no 'hero', he's just a really good fotballer on the pitch and scum off it.

  • Hello Messi, Look at your comment, now back to mine, now back at your comment, now BACK TO MINE. Sadly, it isn't mine. But if you stopped being an idiot, it could look like mine. Look down, back up, where are you? You're on the internet, reading the comment your comment could look like. What's in your post? Back at me. I have it. It's common sense, that thing you've always wanted. Look again. My comment is now highly rated.

Anything is possible when you copy and paste.

    I'm on a laptop

  • how come this vid has so few views?

  • waaaaaaaaaahnsinn!

  • o' the hell is this?

  • absolutely fantastic. MAN UNITED LEGEND

  • Every time I see this video, I am like " Oh my salty balls ... 0__0, those dribbles, tricks and shots... absolute godlike.

  • im surprised comments are still possible on this as so many insults, stuff like hes a sick kunt, a sister fuker, incestrial dirty family fuker

  • GIGGS EL MEJOR QUE MESSI E VILLA JUNTOS!

  • GIGGS>messi

  • Kinda looked like Mascherano at 2:42

  • rofl how can you dislike this?

  • ryan giggs should have won the player of the year in his prime time

  • he's really a genius

  • Absolute Legend, he may not be a permanently quality player, but he sure has his moments.. check out 3:24, proof right there, thats his weaker foot.

  • "If Ryan Giggs was born in France, I would have never been able to play a single game for the French National Team"

    -Zidane

  • It's funny. If you go back to the comments from 1 Year ago you see stuff such as "Ryan Giggs is an example of how modern day footballers should behave" Hmmm.

  • he's a cunt.

seriously, how can you do this to your brother?

  • Firstly that 'great save' by Terry was no such thing, truth is Giggs should have broke the net in short he missed a sitter. The assist in the CLF is typical of Giggs. He was attempting to let the ball run in front of him so he could have a pop but the ball hit him quite accidently on the backside. Some say he assisted Sheringham in the 1999 final but again he totally miss hit a shot and United got lucky. btw i am a United fan but Giggs is like a dark cloud looming over me I wish he would just go

  • @widlad7 Ha, so the goal v Benfica was lucky too? Wham! Some dark cloud; you should be grateful to be able to bathe in the light of so many years of wonderful service. 22 seasons and still going strong. And his sportsmanship has been a tremendous example.

  • @mizofan Giggs was an excellent player in his prime but he is now too old, soccer is a young mans game and the other night Giggs look much older than 37. Instead of heaping praise on him for scoring against a pub team look at the big matches over the whole of his career when he choked. He has rarely done the business in the really big matches; F.A Cup finals and champions league finals etc.

  • @widlad7 Much older than 37? Oldest player to score in the Champions League, and with a belter. Making a mockery of 37, more like. There are people on youtube who concentrate mainly on videos they enjoy and like, and others who concentrate on knocking, insulting and being negative. Giggs was instrumental in getting Utd to the Champions League final and deserves better than mean spirits.

  • @mizofan It isn't a case of mean spirits it is about debate and opinions. I haven't been abusive have I? is it your view that Giggs is above critisism or that a person is not entitled to think Giggs should be put out to grass? All the stuff about Giggs's private life did show something very unpleasent in his nature namely that he is extremely arrogant. Anyway look how we have started the prem league with Giggs virtually not involved. Long live Ashley Young!

  • @widlad7 Maybe it's for his wife to decide about his character, not one-sided tabloids who are annoyed that he was trying to prevent their usual intrusive and criminal behaviour. The qualities of Ashley Young and up and coming Man Utd players don't detract from Giggs' qualities and achievements.

  • @widlad7 .lol plastic fan.long live ashley young?he doesnt even begin to compare to giggs when he was younger despite using the plastic shit they call a footbll now.who cares about his off the pitch behaviour, when he can deliver on the pitch aged 37 in the most physical league in the world.

  • @M10663 according to your profile you are 21? That means my boy that I was watching united 22 years before you were born. I do care about the off field behaviour of footballers but i realize i was brought up by parents with morals and most people your age will find that strange.

  • Giggs contribution for the team won't be through his goals in the past but his passing and assists. Just go back last season and you will see his passes end up as goals for his teammates. Great example his assists against Chelsea in 3 games. Without Giggs assists we don't win the Premier League.

  • slag

  • ronaldo who? giggs is a legend :)

  • makes me think about davor šuker when i watch RG play and vice versa

  • Ryan Joseph Giggs OBE[3] (born Ryan Joseph Wilson on 29 November 1973) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays for Manchester United. Giggs made his first appearance for the club during the 1990–91 season and has been a regular player since the 1991–92 season.

  • @maximusmagnanimus100 Couldn't do it in big games. For example he has played in 4 cl finals and has been the worst player on the field in all of them. Never cut it in an FAC final either. He's a has been.

  • @widlad7 Lol no he hasnt; What kind of idiotic statement is this lol

  • @Jamster946 I will tell you what kind of idiotic statement it is-an accurate one!

  • @widlad7 giggs assisted rooney on his goal this year and lets not forget if it wasn't for john terry's great save he would of scored against chelsea in 2008. if anybody was the worst this year it was chicharito. ps im not a man u fan.

  • He established himself as a left winger during the 1990s, and continuing in this position well into the 2000s, though he has been increasingly used in a deeper playmaking role in his latter years. He holds the club record for competitive appearances.[4]

Giggs is also the most decorated player in English football history.[5] He has won 12 Premier League winner's medals, four FA Cup winner's medals, three League Cup winner's medals and two Champions League winner's medals.

  • He has two runner-up medals from the Champions League, three FA Cup finals and two League Cup finals, as well as being part of the team five times when it finished second in the Premier League. In recent years, Giggs has captained the team on numerous occasions, particularly in the 2007–08 season when regular captain Gary Neville was ruled out with various injuries.

  • Giggs has a number of personal achievements. He was the first player in history to win two consecutive PFA Young Player of the Year awards (1992 and 1993), though he did not win the PFA Player of the Year award until 2009. He is the only player to have played and scored in every season of the Premier League[6] and he also holds the longest run of successive scoring seasons in UEFA Champions League history (11)

  • He has been elected into the PFA Team of the Century in 2007,[7] the Premier League Team of the Decade, in 2003, as well as the FA Cup Team of the Century.

At international level, Giggs played for the Welsh national team prior to his retirement from international football on 2 June 2007, and was once the youngest player to ever represent his country.

  • In addition to the many honours Giggs has received within football such as being named in the Football League 100 Legends (the last active player in the list), he was appointed an OBE in the Queen's 2007 Birthday Honours List, and was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame in 2005, for his services to English Football.

  • He was named as BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 2009. On 31 January 2011, Giggs was named Manchester United's greatest ever player by a worldwide poll conducted by United's official magazine and website. Sir Alex Ferguson presented him with the award.[5]

  • giggsy is great, but com on the best winger ever in football. You brits need to climb down from the ivory tower that was 80's. its no wonder enland cant do it in world cup, only thing that us rest of the world like seiing in brit football was it that it was really close matches : anybody could win. nowadays there is 2 or 3 that can win the championship, like rest of the world. fuck it i watch better football from spanish league or what ever. peez

  • ryan giggs is my hero for all time. to hell with the evil scum who bug phones to try and destroy peoples lives. giggsy is the single greatest british player ever. a thrilling genius who plays with passion heart finesse imagination and sportsmanship. he has done loads for unicef for charities for man utd to whom he is eternally loyal. he is a great father. as for the other gossip trash no ones business at all. he is a private man and I respect that. LEGEND. arise sir ryan

  • George Best, Muhammed Ali, Ryan GIggsall three were unfaithful in the grand scheme of things no cares because sportsmen are admired like gods for what they do on the field/ the ring not being good husbands lol this isn't loose women

  • @usernamealredytaken That's why they closed News of The World. I Don't believe in that stupid information. Because He is Ryan Giggs.

  • not a united fan, follow the clarets, but the number 11 shirt is special I reckon it is the soul of the team

  • Separate on-pitch from off-pitch and on a par with Best and Maradona.

  • One of the best player ever !

  • Absolut Legend

    Fuck Haters

    12 Titles and that's a fact

  • @ponziomillos mate, i don't get why there are haters. there have never, EVER, been haters of Ryan Giggs until they found out about some bird he had a fling with. SO FUCKING WHAT!!! that doesn't mean he doesn't love his family, his friends. the people who have a dig are just looking for attention and looking for any reason to have a go at such a brilliant footballer. ive said this on other videos. the people who have a go are cheap media addicts.

  • @warpfield98 The reason why there are haters is cos the tabloids love sex, witch-hunts and working up lynch mobs, milked Giggs' private life for all the money they could, and millions of people follow their shit like sheep. A great great player, and what character to come back strong again. Goals now in 22 seasons. The goal v Benfica is one to be added to these collections.

  • WHAT WUD HE HAVE TO DO B4 PPL SAW HIM AS BAD, IF HE DOES THAT TO HIS BROTHER WAT WUD HE DO TO A MATE, EVIL

  • He is my favortie player because he is the one player that never ever dives like if you agree

  • @lukesw8 I agree, but come to the Bundesliga. No one dives there.

  • the only time giggys has had a red card is playing for wales and it was two yellows what a record!

  • @SirHamblet Yes, tremendous sportsmanship- all the more disgusting how Rupert Murdoch's lynch mob have treated him. Talk about hypocrisy!

  • A GREAT LEGEND

  • i keep an untitled tab open in my browser next to manutd.com for liverpool and arsenal.

  • Why do so many Man utd players cheat their wife's? What do the glory hunters think of this? They have one thing in common: they're all scum.

  • from hero to zero:

used to be my favourite football player.

  • @TheManUnitedFTW used to be?!

  • @TheManUnitedFTW - How the hell has he become a Zero? Did you watch any games this season? he have been the key man in SO many games

  • @Jonsk12394

I've think I've only missed 3 Premier League games or so....

It's not about his performance - it's about the scandal

  • @TheManUnitedFTW - I don't give a shit about the scandal, because i admire him as a football player, and for his personality. Great sportsman nonetheless

  • @TheManUnitedFTW You surely can't have been swayed by all that Murdoch gutter press nonsense!? Ryan Giggs deserves a knighthood more than ever for standing up for the right to privacy from the bugging, hacking, lying, intrusive sick tabloids and the tricks of the greedy kiss n tell brigade. People should be ashamed for the hideous scapegoating and crucifying of someone who was always a shining example of decent sportsmanship and dedication on the pitch, and who has done a lot of good off it.

  • This man stabbed Manchester City in the back by leaving them for Salford United and he betrayed Cardiff City his local team.

  • @Knighthawk1985 He moved to manchester when he was 6 years old because his dad transfered to different club in rugby league. Nothing ryan giggs could do and at 6 years old you can easily lose touch with your early life.

  • Giggs says he loves living in England but he does Miss wales occasionally
