I'm on the SORT team here, wish I could convince the state to get us some long range rifle training! And I gotta agree with Dallas 107. Yeah thats why all the street cops are scared to enter a prison..I think anyone who wants to work the streets should work behind the walls first.Find your backbone without your gun and you'll be fine on the street. this shouldnt be a "whos got the biggest dick" contest. We all wear a badge. In NJ, we go through the same academy, only we dont get Title 39. Just because C/O's dont right tickets doesnt mean we are any less an officer or our beats are any safer than yours..

My mom is a guard at our prison, and without a CERT team(someone not trained in military style) they would fucking die. Now if you say you could take down a bunch of rioting innmates with shanks and shit, go fuck yourself, because yu obviously don't understand what they are capable of.

There is no need to train a local police force in Military fashion.
POSSE COMITATUS has been stolen from us. The Military is NOT allowed by law of our Constitution to be deployed against our own citizens.
They do not need type of training. I dont doubt they are getting Navy Seal type training in the least.
I simply think it is wrong for them to get this to b a Corrections officer.

How am I being a wimp? Someone puts guns in your face(more than one to say) you try to fight one the other shoots. That's not being a wimp to call the police. There are dangers big enough to need police trained a military police style. You just don't get outside enough to know.
