This is Reisen Inaba, the 5th boss of the 8th game. the games are Danmaku styled, and as such, there considered to be VERY hard. Even so, the games has a cult that makes the star wars cult look small. it should also be noted that there are no men in any of the games.
@MikuKonataMoon he's also the main character of sorts of one of the serial novels written by Zun, Curiosities of Lotus Asia. He is canon to the series but as he self professes he's is horrible at fighting so you likely will never see him in any of the games.
i think udongein is the most provocant char from touhou, guess Longhaired + Rabbit ears + schoolgirl uniform, do i need to say more? xD

Touhou no es un anime, es un Juego. Aunque muchos piensen lo contrario. Esta canción es un vocal remix de un BGM del Imperishable Night.
Pero es cierto que estaría bien que hicieran un buen anime de Touhou =D
