Its canon, Ivy and Harley's relationship has been confirmed by Paul Dini (basically, he says that when Harley isn't with the Joker, she's with Ivy...and thats *with* in *that* way)

This is cute. I think it really works. I once read a story where Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) really WAS Ivy, and there was a femslash story on that, but alas, the author never got too much into the story and stopped after I think the second chapter. If I knew more on the series, I would write a story based off of this vid. I have done that sort of thing before.
