Rapid fire INCREASES THE FIRE RATE CAP... if you have a fast trigger finger you can shoot faster. You can still own without rapid fire, all you need is two shots to kill, one shot to the head as well.

how do you people not see the problem with putting rapid fire on.... a single fire weapon. think about it.. the m16 and type 95, it increases bursts but thats more then one bullet. dies it make you pull the trigger faster? no. have some common sense you fucking waterheads.

MK14 with kick and thermal is the best setup in the game. Literally no recoil even across the map. Its a sniper rifle with 3 times the bullets.
