If Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle had stayed WWE would be brilliant now. Both those guys could actually wrestle, they had good enough mic skill to carry it, and they weren't kids, so everyone could enjoy it. Miz and Cena come across like teenagers, they aren't real men like the previous Champions have been, so it makes a mockery of the whole thing. WWE and TNA both have their good points and bad points. WWE is just sooo boring. on smackdown recently they had drew mcintyre vs trent barreta THREE weeks in a row. its just so boring. plus PG sucks. TNA just makes their faces and heels change too much.
It's a simple fact that both TNA and WWE are a bit shit. WWE is lazy with it's writing and matches. TNA has superior talent but misuses it putting established stars ahead of its own. Neither consider how wrestling has changed. Kayfabe is as good as dead and fans no longer share tapes of promotions they just pick 1 and bitch about the others. WWE needs to trust it's wrestlers ability that they know their character better than the writers. I am now out of characters.

WWE's whole problem is that without real competition from other wrestling organizations its become complacent. I personally believe that the WWE (then the WWF) was at its best when it was constantly pushing the envelope vying for higher ratings than WCW. They had to bring their A game every event they hosted because if they didnt they knew that the WCW would beat em in ratings. Now I hope that TNA gets better over time, become a larger company & hopefully will make the WWE raise their standards.

If Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle had stayed WWE would be brilliant now. Both those guys could actually wrestle, they had good enough mic skill to carry it, and they weren't kids, so everyone could enjoy it. Miz and Cena come across like teenagers, they aren't real men like the previous Champions have been, so it makes a mockery of the whole thing. TNA has the talent to be better than WWE, but they lack the nuts to spend more money for bigger crowds, and lets face it- even WWE's storylines are better than their's are, and that's pretty bad. TNA has the full potential to be better than WWE, they just don't know how to do it. And as long as they keep going at the current pace they're at, WWE will continue to decline, yet TNA will continue to fall short at the same time.

It's a simple fact that both TNA and WWE are a bit shit. WWE is lazy with it's writing and matches. TNA has superior talent but misuses it putting established stars ahead of its own. Neither consider how wrestling has changed. Kayfabe is as good as dead and fans no longer share tapes of promotions they just pick 1 and bitch about the others. WWE needs to trust it's wrestlers ability that they know their character better than the writers. I am now out of characters.

@igloogenius Cmon cena has like 5 moves. Nexus storyline is a only good storyline now in wwe. It would be pretty awesome if cena would turn heel now.

@Englis08 No, it's not a FACT. WWE is still going strong and catering new audiences and fans. They are building superstrs for the future. Oh, so Attiude Era virgins say the WWE sucks now so it's a fact. They still sell out arena's and sell tons of merchanduse, so they must be doing something right.

The WWE will never be like it was back in attitude era.Nowadays it just sadenss me of how Vince has presented us with such garbage to appeal 2 a broader audience. I use to love watching it in highschool but now as a grown ass man the UFC is my substitute.

all great wwe superstars mostly went to TNA (RVD,Jeff hardy,Ric Flair,Hulk Hogan,Rhino,Raven,Kevin Nash,Scott Steiner,Kurt Angle,Brian Kendrick,Eligia Burke,Jimmy Hart,Orlando Jordan,Ken Kennedy,Mick Foley,Shannon Moore,Stevie Richards,Taz,Team 3D,and Tommy Dreamer) and Bobby Lashley, Brock Lesnar, and Frank Mir and look whos in WWE now nearly nobody the top are probably Cena Undertaker Kane Randy Orton Rey Mysterio Edge Christian And Thirple H and they have alot of retired ppl so wwe sucks now

anyone can take steriods and act like their fighting. im not trying to start a fight with anyone, but i believe that the wwe is a disgrace to sports and doesnt deserve to be called a sport.

WWE's whole problem is that without real competition from other wrestling organizations its become complacent. I personally believe that the WWE (then the WWF) was at its best when it was constantly pushing the envelope vying for higher ratings than WCW. They had to bring their A game every event they hosted because if they didnt they knew that the WCW would beat em in ratings. Now I hope that TNA gets better over time, become a larger company & hopefully will make the WWE raise their standards.
