This is "the hospitals" playing @ the silver dollar in Toronto. The guy getting in a fight with them is the promoter, Dan burke. Apparently, this is how it went down:

The hospitals showed up late, so Dan rescheduled them until later on that night. The band became upset at the time change, so they decided to just set up on the floor in the bar anyway. They interrupted the other band and just started playing. Dan became upset by the hospitals cutting off the other band, and so a fight ensues....
