The guy at 2:00 is, I believe, Ron (Pigpen) McKernan ... the original keyboard player for The Grateful Dead, one of Janis' best friends and her main drinking buddy just before she became really famous at Monterey Pop. Yes, Pigpen is copping a feel, and Janis takes it in good humor. Unfortunately, he passed away from an OD also ... long ago. This is one of Janis' BEST songs, IMHO. Well, hope that helps out. Enjoy.
