acording to wikipedia the bullet was a blank. meaning it's a cartridge with no bullet in. but it does realease some material when fired witch can harm at extremley close range

None of the current crop of Hollywood stars comes close to JON - ERIK! I remember watching him on Voyagers and Cover Up and all the guys in my school year wanted to be him.

I still tell my friends and colleagues who never got to see him on screen what a talented actor he was. Such a tragedy for this to have happened!

This was so sad when it happened. To many it still is a mystery, but if he had lived, this would have been THE guy of the late 80's.

I remember when this happened too..I was 13, I'm 40 now...what a shame and a waste of what could have been an awesome career....I was trying to remember if anything else similar to this happened..until Brandon Lee; different, but yet another sad event on the set of a movie...

@bgg1175 i do agree with you but at the sametime hollywood is a weird and freaky place. 75 to 80% of actors and hollywood movers & shakers are either bisexual or in the closet gay. look up hollywood exposed here on youtube and you will see what i mean. or you can look up satanism in hollywood. its all very eye opening stuff about hollywood that you might not know about and knowing is half the battle lol . peace and love :)
