1 It's an interesting theory. My theory is that the reptoids,from another planet, laid claims on this planet by planting dinos to keep intruders away. These dinos can be seen from space. I believe there is intelligent life outside the Earth, but there is no evidence for it,only that it is likely, so until there is evidence presented by SETI, or something else, then I have to wait for the evidence. Do, I believe, it has come to Earth(especailly as much as Ufologist say), no, because it would be obvious, and there would have been some physical evidence, instead of the anecdotal claims, we have.

@KevZen2000 yes there is evidence, just go to nasa science page , Richard B Hoover found a bacterial mat comunity on a meteor in antartica wich was published by nasa themselves as " being there prior to entering earths athmosphere" ...it was nearly unanymously concluded that way. I will also, see if there is any peer review literature in that claim. From, what you said, it sounds more like panspermia, which is a credible scientific hypothesis, but not conclusive enough, to become a scientific theory.
