I live in Los Angeles so I know that section of town. It's upscale & trendy. The customers are not going to go for a frozen burger, even if it's Wagyu meat.

IMO, David, the cook, is not supervising the cooking of the meat, too many rare burgers going out. IMO, the owners are not wanting to get their hands dirty by helping to make sure the meat is cooked to perfection, their ticketing & mgmt system is unprofessional. It's their $ buying the meat, so they should make sure it's good b4 being served
